The ocean is Earth’s largest natural resource and one of the most important frontiers for the future of intelligent civilization. The TBBE Future Super Intelligent Civilization Economic Theory envisions an integrated marine robot system that combines artificial intelligence, advanced robotics, automation, marine engineering, innovative materials, and clean energy to support sustainable ocean development.

The proposed future marine system may include intelligent offshore platforms, autonomous surface vessels, deep-sea robots, underwater construction robots, aerial drones, marine data centers, and AI-based management systems working together in a coordinated network.

Future research directions include:

– Deep-Sea Exploration: Expanding scientific understanding of the ocean through intelligent robotic exploration.
– Marine Resource Research: Studying future technologies for the efficient and environmentally responsible utilization of marine resources, including hydrogen and oxygen derived from seawater where scientifically feasible.
– Intelligent Ocean Engineering: Applying robotic systems to underwater construction, infrastructure maintenance, environmental monitoring, and emergency response.
– Future Ocean Cities: Integrating AI, robotics, smart infrastructure, and renewable energy to support sustainable ocean-based communities.

TBBE proposes four guiding principles for future ocean development:

1. Safety First – Protect people, robots, and the marine environment.
2. Ecology First – Preserve marine ecosystems through sustainable development.
3. Intelligence First – Improve efficiency through AI and advanced robotic systems.
4. Benefit Humanity – Share scientific and technological progress for the well-being of all people.

TBBE encourages international cooperation among scientists, engineers, universities, industries, and governments to explore innovative pathways for sustainable ocean development and contribute to the future of intelligent civilization.

TBBE — Explore the Ocean, Advance Science, Benefit Humanity.
