当人类进入未来超级智能文明时代,制造业不应该永远局限在陆地。TBBE未来超级智能文明经济系统提出一个重要发展方向:把海洋逐步建设成为集清洁能源、智能制造、资源循环、科学研究和自动化生产于一体的海上超级智能制造体系。
海洋拥有巨大的空间和能源潜力。未来可以利用人工智能、机器人、新型材料和自动化设备,把部分高耗能、高用水、高空间需求的制造活动逐步转移到海上,从而减少对城市土地和淡水资源的压力。
TBBE海上制造不是简单地“把工厂搬到海上”,而是建立一个完整的智能循环系统:
海洋空间 → 清洁能源 → 智能机器人 → 原材料加工 → 产品制造 → 智能物流 → 废物循环利用 → 再生产。
整个系统由人工智能进行协调,机器人承担大量危险、重复和高强度工作,人类更多负责科学研究、创新、设计和管理。
未来可以建设海上智能制造中心、海洋新能源中心、海水淡化与循环利用中心、海洋材料研发中心、机器人基地、智能物流中心以及海洋科学研究中心。
TBBE所提出的“无污染制造”,目标是通过技术创新实现污染最小化、资源循环最大化和清洁能源利用最大化。海上制造平台应建立智能环境监测系统,对能源使用、海水质量、生态环境和生产排放进行实时监测,让生产与生态保护同步进行。
机器人将成为未来海上制造的重要力量,可以承担智能巡检、设备维护、材料运输、危险环境作业、海洋检测、清洁维护和应急救援等任务。
当海上制造、能源、科研、物流和生活系统进一步融合,就可能形成未来的海上超级智能城市。它不仅是居住空间,也是能源中心、制造中心、科研中心、物流中心和生态保护中心。

As humanity moves toward a future super-intelligent civilization, manufacturing should not remain limited to land. The TBBE Future Super-Intelligent Civilization Economic System proposes a new direction: gradually developing the ocean into an integrated platform for clean energy, intelligent manufacturing, resource recycling, scientific research, and automated production.
The ocean provides enormous potential in terms of space and energy. In the future, artificial intelligence, robotics, advanced materials, and automation could allow certain energy-intensive, water-intensive, and space-intensive manufacturing activities to move offshore, reducing pressure on urban land and freshwater resources.
TBBE offshore manufacturing is not simply about “moving factories onto the ocean.” It is about creating a complete intelligent circular system:
Ocean Space → Clean Energy → Intelligent Robots → Raw Material Processing → Product Manufacturing → Smart Logistics → Waste Recycling → Remanufacturing.
Artificial intelligence coordinates the overall system, while robots perform many dangerous, repetitive, and physically demanding tasks. Humans can focus more on scientific research, innovation, design, management, and creative development.
Future offshore platforms could include intelligent manufacturing centers, marine renewable-energy centers, seawater desalination and recycling facilities, advanced-material research centers, robotic bases, smart logistics hubs, and marine science research centers.
The TBBE concept of “pollution-free manufacturing” focuses on the long-term goal of minimizing pollution, maximizing resource recycling, and maximizing the use of clean energy.
Intelligent environmental monitoring systems could continuously monitor energy consumption, seawater quality, ecological conditions, and industrial emissions, allowing manufacturing and environmental protection to develop together.
Robots could become an essential part of future offshore manufacturing. They could perform intelligent inspections, equipment maintenance, material transportation, hazardous-environment operations, marine monitoring, cleaning, and emergency rescue.
As offshore manufacturing, energy, research, logistics, and living systems become increasingly integrated, a future super-intelligent offshore city could emerge.
Such a city would not only provide living space. It could also function as an energy center, manufacturing center, research center, logistics center, and ecological protection center.
The core vision of TBBE Issue 18 is:
